I. Working Principle of Steam Heating Reactor
The working principle of steam heating reactor is that the reactor jacket is fed into the boiler steam, and the steam heat is fed into the reactor so that the material in the reactor can absorb heat to react. Steam heating reactor uses steam as heat source for heat transfer. There are three ways of steam heat transfer: jacket heat transfer, inner coil heat transfer and outer half tube heat transfer. At present, the heat transfer technology of reactor is half-tube steam heat transfer technology with outer disc, which overcomes the shortcomings of traditional heat transfer technology, such as low thermal efficiency and large diameter of the reactor body, and reduces the thickness of the reactor inner pot and saves the manufacturing cost.
II. Scope of application of steam heating reactor
Steam heating reactor has the characteristics of rapid heating, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, sanitation, no environmental pollution, no need for automatic heating of the boiler, easy to use and so on. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, rubber, pesticide, dyestuff, medicine, food and other industries to complete sulfurization, nitrification, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, condensation and other process.
